Day 181 Yakima, WA

holy crap i have no time today. so there goes proper capitalization. deal with it. :)

things are pretty good here...still learning and adapting to all the changes. we got our new mission president on friday and the mission officially splits TODAY so things are crazy. our mission presidents wife, sister ware, is coming on exchanges with us on saturday. NO PRESSURE. i'm excited though.

we have some sweet investigators here:
one is this guy named Jairo. he comes to church every week, is reading the entire book of mormon, and is just super golden. we love teaching him.

the other new one is this lady named Cathy. or as she likes to be called: "Lil Bit". we found her by going through all of our phone contacts and didn't recognize her name. anyways, she came to church on sunday and the talks just HAPPENED to be all about her trials and the things going on in her life. it was awesome.

ooh this member in the ward gave us a guitar to play around with for the 8 weeks we're here. happy ashley.

ummm what else...we prayed with this super nice pentecostal couple while tracting the other day. that was fun. she was waving her arms everywhere and whispering who knows what while her husband was praying. (how's that for alliteration??) but it was cool cause even though it was different...you could still feel the spirit cause they were just testifying of truth. fun stuff.

outta time. sorry fellas.
until next week!

Ashley
